INNA VICTORIA Louvella selling samples under false pretends St.Petersburg FL

I order trail sample and had 14 days to cancel I was at the bank when they told me about the charges so I called and cancelled and they said I was to late that it was the 15th day. I ordered it on the 15th of May 2015 I recieved it on the 20th of May 2015 they told me I recieved on the 19th.[the company] I cancelled on June 4th 2015. So she told me that the 14 day trail starts on the day you order it if you are not using the sample for 14 days how bcan that be a 14 day trail sample? Not only will they not return my money which Im on a fixed income,but tells me I keep changing my story when she's the one changing what the terms and agreement are.The person I talked to her name was Anna
