Inna Victoria facebook ad promising free product Internet

My complaint involves InnaVictoria and a company known as Louvella. Both companies offered "free" products, only charging for shipping and handling. There was no mention of future shipments with the cost of $87.95 for the InnaVictoria and $89.95 for the Louvella product.

I have tried numerous times to contact both companies by clicking on their link to unsubscribe. However, I always get an error message. I feel that both of these companies are trying to get funds that they are not entitled to. Their ads did not include any mention of further shipments. I have also tried to email both companies but get a message stating that they cannot be reached by that method either. 

There are no phone numbers listed anywhere on their information. I plan to notify my bank and ask that they deny the charges.
