I traded my vehicle in on 4-22-17. Automax dodge Chrysler of Shawnee Oklahoma over-paid the balance of the loan which was $2515 by $290 - for a total payoff of $2805 to Innovate auto finance . Innovate auto finance is giving me false information and won't let me talk to the finance department about refunding me the over payment that is due to me. They told me it would be 30 days on 5-15-2017. On 6-15-2017. They told me it was 30 business days. Then they told me it could be 60 business days, which puts it 82 days which is mid august. They have lied and put me off every time I call. Refuse to answer me about when I'll get my money. They refuse to let me speak to finance department.

If the dealer overpaid the pay-off, the over payment amount is due and payable to them and not you. That's a fact! Here's another fact. Don't bother wasting the effort because I'll tell you ahead of time, I don't work for them!
