Innovative merchant service exhibits corrupt business practices.  Regardless of the conditions in which you think your account is being created is not what you will receive.  Beware of this company and all their dishonest sales associates, they are lying to you! 

You will begin to receive fees for everything....Annual fees, termination fees and card processing fees are taken regardless of the paperwork you may have proving your terms and will never be returned. 

The fees are way overpriced, however you will have a very difficult time figuring out the way are figuring them.  I now realize that is the point.  I personally believe this company process fees regardless of promos/offers and concerns me that their lack of any value is a risk to anyone who runs a credit card with any company that uses their service.  Authorities really should investigate this inferior business.

My paperwork reveals there are more fees debited from our banking account than is listed on the IMS statements.  Very concerning as well and could be of great interest to the IRS. 

Customer service is a joke.  You will receive the run around and will never find a resolution to any deductions from your account.  We have copies of original promotional offer that lists all the no cancellation fees, however after two years of service charged $295 fee for each account, terminal and internet gateway, a total of $600...for cancellation fees, really....amazing they are allowed to steal from honest small business men and women and get away with it.  No one appears to be regulating this industry, as it is apparent the price gouging continues to take place with IMS.

I find the other reports listed to be very accurate and disturbing that nothing can be done  to halt inferior business practices that are advertised as superior even associating their name with well know business such as intuit and quickbooks.  You are no better than who you associate yourself with quickbooks and intuite.  We no longer have quickbooks in our office as well.  It is empowering to be informed as the new card processing company we have on board does not have the hundreds of complaints on the web IMS has. 

In summary, IMS is an untrustworthy company that will exume funds and fees from account unannounced and unexpected.  Remeber, they will do nothing to resolve any issue you have.
