Inside Real Estate KvCore, Kunversion Would not stop billing! Draper Utah

Our contract with this company ended in June of this year.  We've had them as our website provider and CRM host for over a year, but the contract ended in June.  Since we were very unhappy with their customer service and website in general, we decided to find another provider.  On 9/27/2018, we notified them that we wanted to cancel service and stop billing.

  We were told that they would not do that until our billing cycle posted through January of 2019.  They continue to charge us $550 per month on our credit cards and refuse to stop.  We've filed complaints with the FTC and BBB.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  Their product is substandard, their customer service is the worst, and they will rip you off on billing.
