instacash threatening legal action if i dont pay them a serious amount of money. Internet

someone claiming to represent instacash has called several times recently and told me i was going to be arrested and taken to jail and be charged with fraud and theft by deception and other crimes if i didnt pay them a large sum of money.i was told that my phone was being monitored by the attorney general and other crap-they obviously dont know legal protocols and expect me to cave to their demands.that's not going to happen.i'm filing another report with the police shortly and am contacting the ftc and fbi.these monsters must be tracked down and prosecuted severely.
