I read all the info on their website then signed up for a 30 day 'free' trial at a cost of $1.99. When I got the 'report', it only showed very basic information about the person I had researched.  Before I could have access to any more info i had to sign up for a paid report.  After signing up for that with the understanding from the language they used in their offer, the report I got contained almost no additional information about the person I had researched.  The language they used in their offer indicated I would have the trail offer period free and THEN I would be charged for the additioanl charges IF I was satisfied with what I found during the trial period.

 When I got my credit card report I found out they had charged me both for the trial period and the full charge for the additional time period. When I called them about it they 'explained' that since I had signed up for the additional time I could not get a refund even though I was dissatisified with the report.  I had done a search on myself and very little of the information on the report was correct.  First of all the name on the report was not mine - it iincluded info on other people of the same or similar name showing their records are  not verified to confirm they are reporting only on the person requested. There was almost no information at all that actually applied to me and no information at all about me that is in public records and easily accessed by anyone who has authority or ability to do that type of search.  I had just thought it would save me a lot of time doing all that searching and could rely on them to do it for me.  Not true.  If I really want to find out what there is in the public records that I might not be aware of, I'll have to do it myself.
