instant checkmate scam, misleading info to rip you off Florida?

On 2/23/14 I was curious and wanted to know what info do they have about me. I joined instant checkmate and paid $22.86. 1) It turned out they claimed that I have used 5 different names? 2) people that might relate to me are complete strangers 3) my horoscope? etc...all nonsense with wrong info and nothing else.

I called 866-490-5980 to let them know that I wanted to cancel after an hour on their website, and I wanted my money back. The lady I talked to told me that they will refund only 50% of the amount. I agreed.

Below is the email that I received from Instant Checkmate
