Instant Tax Service SCAM!!!! Euclid, Ohio

I went to Instant Tax Service to apply for one of those christmas loans in December. The worst mistake ever. It was December 22 and I took them my last pay check stubs and my id and ss number as required. They approved me for a loan I signed papers saying I would come to them and file my taxes. OK....They filed my taxes on 01/17/2012 without my W-2's, childcare infor, and school info. I did not receive a phone call or anything in regards to this. Once I discovered that they had filed my taxes without my knowledge I went to the office to complain. They filed everybodys taxes with just the info from the last check stubs they had received. The solution to this they will submit an amendment to get the additional $2500 I am owed. However an amendment takes 6-8 weeks automatically. Than I received the check for the return they had filed and it was $700 short when my fees with the loan were only $485. Myself as well as 70 other customers waited all day to speak to the owner of the business. He said that he would figure out how much everyone is owed and cut checks. He made appointments with everyone. When I went for my appointment he had canceled all appointments and did not bother to call me and inform me of this. On top of that the short check that they gave me I deposited into my checking account and it still hasn't cleared the bank because they can't verify if it's payable or not. So they filed my taxes prematurely which resulted in me not receiving my full refund and the little money they gave me can't clear the bank.

No one is taking responsibility and no one has any answers. In the mean time I have not received a dime of my income tax money and I have been filing income taxes for years and have never encountered anything of this nature. Do not go to these people ever and tell anyone you know to never go to them because it is a huge scam and there have been investigations into the company by the police and the BBB.
