Instant Tax service Scamming, and Liars Houston, Texas

Personally I don't care if I get a penny... I'm not out for the money like ITS is, I'm out to get them SHUT DOWN!  If Fez the creator of this "Business" was human and not out for money himself, he would run a reputable business.

Doesn't matter .... Turbo Tax and other tax software is getting pretty easy for anyone to use.  Will put most small tax shelters OUT OF BUSINESS!  YAY!  There will still be the need for tax help for people with complicated situations, but there won't be so many.  IRS really hurt these small tax hubs when they put a stop to rapid refund loans.  Sad though, Instant Tax Service claims it's coming back and that they can give you one!  I saw somewhere... about 6 out of 100 ppl get one.  I wouldn't go to vegas on those odds!  I can't believe they are slick enough to put on the ITS website that you can get one - they should put up there that most ppl don't get one too!

Someone filed one against E-bay.  I didn't know anything about it and received a settlement check from the class in the amount of NINE CENTS  !!

The lawyers likely got a HUGE amount.  This is typical of class actions....the ONLY ones getting rich are the low life lawyers.

I wrote this and the owner of the ITS I went to repsonded with "Read the fine print".  What ignorance!!!

I am totally with filing a class action lawsuit.  I wish I had thought to bring a recorder when I went to pick up my check. They weren't able to give me the documents I signed in the beginning (because there aren't any).  The only solution they offered me was for me to refuse the check and they would send back to IRS and I could file elsewhere.  If that is the case, why couldn't I do that when I first started having problems?  I am contacting my lawyer too and hopefully everyone who got jipped can get some sort of money back.

I would like to say to those who are still being ripped off to contact FDIC If you can enough people on here to contact we can get some good class action law suits going. I'm still being scammed met with the Gm of the store out here he thought he talked me into feeling better. I recorded the conversation, and sent in to the lawyers office. They actually tried to pull out there A-game , and show a list of all the costs that I supposedly had signed but dont know I was 1 step ahead of the scammer today. So I was relieved to know that I will be exposing them their forged signatures to everyone. I will not be a satisfied customer until ITS hits the ground. Who thinks in today world anyone has over 600 to give for filing taxes.
