Instant Tax Service Myisha Leonard Complete RIP OFF/SCAM Internet, Internet

Instant Tax Service is a complete scam!!! NO RAL, BAMBOOZLED, HOODWINKED, DECEPTIVE PRACTICES, MYISHA LEONARD I went to (ITS) on Jan, 3rd 2011 to check out their instant cash loan. I am asked to fill out a data sheet about my 2010 tax return, ect, ect, ect.... The agent ( Myisha Leonarnd) then proceeded to tell me that if I dont qualify for the instant loan that I would receive a master card with ten dollars on it. Basically a ten dollar loan.

The agent then wanted copies of my W-2's from last year and last pay check stub. This was supposedly to see if I qualify for the instant loan. Okay sounds ok. The agent ( Myisha Leonard) pressed a few buttons on her computer and told me I should qualify for something. At least $50.00 dollars is what she tells me. After about 5 or ten minutes she asked me to move down to another agent and she will finish my paper work for the loan. Her name is not known. At this point I am very confused at this process and very irritated. This agent now informs me I will only get the 10 dollars on this Insight card.

At this point I want all my information back and tell them you can keep the ten dollars. Then I get a text message on my phone from insight telling me I have ten dollars. I didnt even have a card yet. How do I have ten dollars? Now Myisha Leonard comes over to explain whats going on. She informs me that I did not qualify for the instant loan at all. I tell her I dont want the ten bucks at this point. She then tells me that my refund will be on this card. Wow really? How is that? I not once authorized her to file my taxes.

So now she begins to explain the (RAL) Rapid Anticipation Loan to me. She states that I need to call her on January 14th so she can submit my loan to the bank. At which point I should have a portion of my refund on this Insight card within 12 to 48 hours. I called (ITS) on the 14th and could not reach anyone at the office. Later that day I decided to stop by and investigate my refund situation. I was greeted by Ms. Leonard and told it would be awhile before she wold be able to give me any information.

But that my RAL has been submitted and I would receive a text message by Tuesday the 18th because Monday was a holiday. I asked about some kind of documentation about this RAL and I was told I would receive something in the mail about it. I began to calculate the numbers on the paper work I was given and the numbers did not add up at all. So Myisha Leonard then printed me some new paper work that added up correctly. Now it is Tuesday and once again I can not reach anyone by phone. So I decide to check with the IRS myself and see if they even had received my return. They had not at this point.

So I go back to ITS and speak with Ms. Leonard. I notice that she has an attitude and Im not the only person up there looking for their refund. Myisha tells me that I should check my Insight card periodically through out the day. She said that if I did not get approved for the RAL I would know by 8pm. And I would receive a phone call. Ofcourse Wednesday rolls around and no call, no money. I call Myisha again and get a brand new story. Now I am informed that since I was not approved for the loan i would receive my refund on the 28th by 9AM. I am very concerned at this point as to if I will even be seeing a return.

I check the state e file data base about my refund later that day. Come to find out I owe $79 dollars to the state. I was informed by the state that this is how my taxes were entered by the preparer. I was not even aware my state taxes were filed until now. Long story short the IRS told me my refund was disbursed to Urban Trust Bank. Myisha is now telling me that she guarantees my refund on the 28th. This is a coplete scam. Do not go here and do anything. They will trap you into a scam.
