Instant Tax Service The manager was rude, did not have people skills, and he was going to call the police on me for wanting answers about what he promised. Nashville, Tennessee

This has got to be the worst experience I've ever went through. My sister and I went to instant tax services because of what was advertised on t.v., "Everybody gets a check", but what they don't inform their customers is the bank fees, you don't even get a print out on what is deducted from your check. They don't tell you that your taxes will be filed without your w2 form. There were so many others that were there when i went to pick up my check, who were upset due to them having more than one w2 form that should have been submitted.

Nothing was explained properly until after everything was said and done. The manager at this location was rude, unprofessional, and a liar. He promised my sister that he would take off the bank fees which were 300.00, he even gave her a print out braking the information down. When she received her check she noticed it was 300.00 less than what he promised, he sent her on a wild goose chase, telling her to bring the print out that she has, and he would do something about it.

He advised her that the main general manager for all locations in the nashville area would be in on Sunday, and for her to come down, she did just that, and no one at all was there, not even the workers.  When she went to the location on a day they were open, he acted as if he never talked to her, i was there to vouch for her, he then asked me if i was the taxpayer, and why am i speaking on her behalf, although she was there with me. He threatened to call the police on us if we did not leave the location, when all we wanted were answers to why it wasn't taken care of.
