Instant Tax Service, well for starters the name was the first lie that they told their clients. They take several hours to just see you. As soon as you are greeted its with a lie. 


The people that work for them are like trained robots to tell you what you want to hear, even though they already know that you won't be leaving out of the office with a tax check. you walk away with a ten dollar net spend card that charges you 2.00 for every purchase used. That leaves you with less then enough money to put gas in your car. 

Then they go and push a few buttons and tell you that you are going to be happy, well that's a lie. Instant Tax Service has no intentions of even giving you a check in 12 to 48 hours, they trick you into signing papers and charge you the same and you get a check in 7-14 days. 

You the consumer, are left with no real answers, waiting on your money not their money.

This company is a scam. The office is filled with uneducated people trained by other uneducated people.

Please do yourself a favor and never deal with this company. They pray on the week and lower income people. If you used this company please check your papers before you accept a check from them.
