Despite utilizing more than 4 different computers,  & having PAID IN FULL for 6 months of service,  the service never worked whatsoever.  The names input became irrelevant, as every inquiry was supplied with the following statement -

Unable to load the requested file: search/results/view_loggedin.php

Despite all computer repair on our end, it appears the website was not working Saturday morning 4/23/2011 from 4:00 a.m. EST through to 9:15 A.M. EST !  My 19 year old son is completing his 2nd year in Computer programming, Networking, and Engineering.  He spent 2 hours and determined the error was with InstantCheckMate.com and its servers.

We feel quite ripped-off and insist on a full refund for the 6 Months Paid on our VISA Card.
