Institute for Vibrant Living disappearing act Camp Verde Arizona

I received a letter from IVL, dated 3-18-16, offering a refund for All Day Energy Greens due to product contamination. I filled out the card and mailed it in, per instructions. After waiting quite some time, I phoned IVL and spoke with Vlosta on 2-28-17. I was given a return auth# and told I would receive my refund within 30 days. I have been watching my credit card info to see if the refund has applied, but nothing yet. I have now phoned IVL several times, at multiple times of the day, and keep getting the message telling me that they are unable to answer the phone. I went online to live chat, but they were also unavailable there as well. I would like my refund. If IVL is no more, I'd like to know.
