IVL Institute for vibrant living Failure to provide products camp verde arizona Internet

On 4/13/15 this company IVL cashed my check for products ordered from the flyer I recieved in the mail. On may 22nd I called the company customer service and inquired as to the status of my order. I was informed that the products were shipprd to my previous address(i had moved to my current address 3 years ago) and not the address I put on the order form.The gentelman told me he would staighten this out with his "supervisor" and get back with me the following monday.He never did On 6/5/15 I again called customer service explained the situation this time to a lady who looked things up and said she would get my order sent out and would (again) get back with me on the following monday.As of today 6/22/15 I have heard from no one nor recieved any products
