Institute Of Natural Health ripoff, fraud, telephone scam, theft, lying. Evansville Indiana

Someone from this company called and said that if I would answer a short phone survey, they would send me vitamins, smoking cessation products, and brand name make-up for a total of $6.50, billed to my credit card. Thay also said that I had 7 days to cancel and would not be billed again.

I called on the 6th day and was assured that my account was cancelled and there would be no further charges.

Ten days later I received my statement showing that I had been charged an additional $473.25 by The Institute of Natural Health.

I have been calling for going on 6 weeks now and each time I have been told by various managers that I would be receiving a 72 hour refund, and still have not received a penny.
