I got a phone call telling me they were offering some samples and all they would charge was S&H 4.75 if I cancelled within seven days of getting the product. When I got the product it was some kind of bootleg viagra, I'm 21 years old I don't need such stuff!!!!
I called immediately I recieved them and cancelled but they still charged my account $49.00 then $101.75 totalling $150.75. I called the refund line and its always busy then when i do get through They said they would send me a check this was on 8/28/03. I have been given the run around first saying they were backed up on refunds, them they would put it back on my card but nothing. They always have some of excuse as to why I haven't recieved my refund.
