Ordered a guitar on March 5th. Site said it was in stock and would ship in 3 days. A week later I emailed asking if it shipped was told no it was being processed and would ship within the next week. A week went by and it hadn't shipped. I tried calling and got an answering machine. I emailed again and was given another "estimated" ship date. I emailed to cancel the order. Several emails followed with them threatening restocking charges and collection agency. Credit card company said not to worry,,, so I won't. Miserable company not worth the paltry savings! Waste of time.
