I made an order for an Eastwood Gemini guitar on Monday, it's now Friday, supposedly this guy says he shipped my guitar on thursday, but the tracking number he sent me is bogus. It just tells me that FedEx has no information of the package. Which means he did'nt send it off. I left him an e-mail telling him of what I read on this site and if my guitar is'nt recieved by the end of next week I will be reporting him to the police and calling my bank and alerting them to internet fraud. He called my son immediately and spoiled the Christmas suprise gift I had got for him. I have read other reports on here about them not sending items, sending the wrong item and or a broken one. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE. I CANT WAIT TO CALL MY BANK, BECAUSE I JUST KNOW THAT THING IS NOT GOING TO BE COMING. HOPEFULLY I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK.

My son got his guitar almost 3 weeks from when I ordered it for him, he's happy with it. Now this Ben guy tells me he's been talking to a lawyer because he read my post on this site. This guy is funny. You have the right to voice your opinion on anything you want in America, and he tells me that he can sue me for sharing my experience with other people. He also told me that what I wrote on here was'nt true. I've spoken to my brother, a philadelphia lawyer and he told me that this guy has no grounds to do any such thing. He listened to the message that Ben sent me and also read the e-mail that he sent me in which he uses expletives towards me and also insults my intelligence. This web site is called ripoff report, a place where angry customers go to warn others after thier bad experience. I'll be the bigger person and say that I am happy with my purchase after finally recieving it and I have nothing else to say. If you want to buy from instrumentalley then go right ahead none of what anyone says should stop you from doing what you want to do. Im just sharing my experience, maybe it was just this one time.

I have a hard time believing this is a woman who has purchased a Christmas present for her son. No responsible individual with any sense of class or dignity for themselves or others would act in such a way. Please quit sending me these threatening emails without logically understanding the situation and without even attempting to communicate at a level above a 15 year old.
The guitar was processed on Friday ready for shipment but missed the pickup if it hasn't shown a scan, the tracking number is not phony. I've called two times now to straighten this misunderstanding, or deep rooted issue you have out. Don't feed me your bullsh*t stating that there are negative things out there because the people who leave those comments have nothing better to do.
We have hundreds of happy customers and many who understand that you can't work miracles around the busy holiday shopping season. We usually have a 1-7 business day processing on these guitars, not during the holiday season, and if you want it set up properly instead of a factory setup right out of the box, and then end up taking it to a luthier to set up for $100 then you will stop the threats and settle your a*s down.
You didn't even have the courage to send a response to my last emails, of which I sent two or to give me a call to find out exactly what is going on? You are a coward and an individual with some serious problems. If you are really a mother, you are a horrible example to your son and you should not try to blame other people when you procrastinate until the last minute to buy a gift that takes time and extra car to process.
If you are a mother how do you know so much about Musicians Friend order a lot for your son? Do you know that they would just throw it in the box, not look at it or inspect it?? You are a piece of work.
