Integra Scan (National Data Research) is the joke company of all background checks. First off the front page clearly reads 100% money back guarantee, but once you get to the terms, the policy then reads NO MONEY BACK...PERIOD!
After the web page showing me that infor was available, I paid for the service. After 10 seconds (and I mean only 10 seconds) the search was complete and gave me a blank page saying nothing was available! Huh???
Ok, so I kindly asked for them to do a second search (knowing this individual has a fairly long criminal record) or if they would refund as stated 100% money back guarantee.
Thier response was not only unpleasent, but rudely stated no refunds and that I was responsible for using them when they don't offer for the state I was inquiring of, even though it was clearly posted on their website.
Seems they might be using old phone book records to find names, etc... making you think they have info on a person when in fact they do not!

we encourage anyone to visit our web site and see that this person has posted slanderous and misleading statements..
The fact is when this customer went to our site they were offered a preliminary search. This search is offered for free and is a search through consumer data to ascertain the correct person to run the search on. Personal information is pulled from this data and put on the order form for the customer to verify prior to purchase.
This customer claims that we pulled up criminal information on the person they entered and when they purchased the record no records was found.
In Fact it states: AT THE TOP OF THE FREE RESULTS:
The people returned on this page may or may not have a criminal record. The records on this page come from our 350 million personal history database. These records are simply here to help you accurately narrow your search to the individual you want to conduct a background check on.

We did not offer a return as the customer received what they paid for, A complete Criminal record search and a No record found verdict.
we did our job as the customer agreed to prior to purchase.
We feel that untrue statements put or company in a bad light and many times these posts go un-checked, The defamation of character here is unfair and un warranted as we have explained to the BBB. And They Agree..
