Intelius Inc. When I searched Google for reverse phone lookup, they were the first company listed. Indicated that the search is free, but when I went to the web site, there was a charge. THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED Bellevue, Washington

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I searched Google for reverse phone lookup companies. Intelius was the one listed.
The description indicated that the service was free.
When I clicked the link, I entered the phone number and the site indicated it knew who the phone number belonged to.
They wanted me to pay to get the information, when their listing clearly indicated FREE.
This is false advertising! They should not be permitted to lure people to their site saying free, if it's not free.

If you had actually READ what I wrote, you would know that I was complaining about the fact that when I searched GOOGLE to find free reverse look up, your company was included in the list and indicated FREE.
I would not have wasted my time by going to your site if I knew that it wasn't free, as indicated.
You are still using false advertising by having the information listed on Google say the service is free.

The Intelius website does not indicate that the service is free.
You can search out website at no cost. Then the website will indicate if the information is available. If the information is available, we then give you the option to purchase the report.
