Intelliflix Wish I had known about RipOff Report before I signed up!!! Internet

If I had only found this website sooner...instead of after I've had to deal with the most fraudulent company I've ever dealt with!!!

Do NOT use this company! They promise 60,000 titles, but when I signed up and went to fill up my queue...out of 40 titles, only 7 were available, and then I was told in order to receive my titles promptly, I needed to have at least 10 in queue.

Oh, and I guess I should mention that because their webiste is incredibly poorly set up, slow, and impossible to navigate, it took me 5+ hours to find these 7 movies. I promptly filled out a help ticket (beware...they only let you address one issue at a time, and only 500 characters- hardly enough if you have multiple issues like I did) and then, you can only fill out one help ticket at a time, and cannot fill out any more until that issue is resolved.

And, it takes them 72 hours to resolve an issue.

I next emailed them and told them I wanted my $ back, as it appeared that they were fraudulently and falsely advertising their service. Amazingly, within the next hour, I had 16 titles available in my queue.

Naturally, I am not getting my money back, after threats, etc., but, I have notified my credit card company about this fraudulent online service, and every person that I know has been warned!

Fortunately, I am able to cancel after one month of service- but oh, how I wish I'd seen this sooner!!!!

Has anyone filed a BBB complaint about this company?
