Intelliflix They offer a free two week trial but don't honor it ripoff West Palm Beach Florida

I joined an online movie rental company. They offered a two week free trial period. But had to give purchase instructions. I paid for a years service in advance, of 143.00. I cancelled my service because it took too long to recieve movies. So I expected refund. I purchased this on November 25 and cancelled December 6th.

To this day I still have not recieved refund. I did not know I could dispute charges with my bank until too late. You have 60 days to do this.

I have repeatedly called and emailed this company about this concern. Was told over and over it would be 14 days and would recieve refund.

So I contact Better Business Bureau. Then I recieve email stating " sorry for delay, will be processed in about 14 days" once again. That was March 29th. So I really thought " great I'm finally gonna get it ". I contacted bank, still no refund. So I contact Intelliflix again and was told refund was processed, to contact my financial instutution. My bank says no refund was credited to my account. They even checked for mistakes.

I should have known I wasnt going to get it when they couldnt get the date processed right. Was told it credited on March 29 then also told another time March 31st. Also amount of money was not correct. In email they sent was told 154.00 would be credited. Then on phone was told 120.73.

I hope all that read this know better than to do business with Intelliflix.com
