I paid for their complete and comprehensive $29.95 detailed report on a person which they promised within 24 hours---I have received nothing and it has been 72 hours later. I tried to sign on and it did not accept my password, so I had my password sent to me again. Again, no email and no response. I have emailed the company themselves several times, once again, receiving no response. The have no phone number and the only way to contact these scam artists is via email, in which they will not answer. I am going to my bank tomorrow and placing a fraud hold on the account against this company. At best their customer service is terrible, at worst, they are the ones that need to be investigated! Be warned, they stink!!
