Intellius fraud, false criminal accusations, wrong background information & they refuse to correct it Internet

I am graduating and just applied for a job.  I went to www.Intellius.com to run a background check on myself to see what information a future employer might see about me.  I paid $49.  The report contained 14 instances of criminal prosecutions (cocaine abuse, forgery, theft), all false.  My legal record is pristine.  The report contained an incorrect alias.  Some former addresses were correct but 2 were wrong.  Some relatives were correct but several were wrong.

I called their customer support line, told them what happened and asked them to remove the wrong information.  He refused.  He said that when someone goes to jail, they can give a wrong name.  I told him that I did the report based on my social security number. 

He said that the false information will not be corrected because it comes from a national database that includes everyone who has my name or says that their name is my name. I told him that wrong information like this would prevent my from being hired.
