INTELLIUS im just reporting misinformation and being lied to when i confront them about their misinformation Internet

I went online to do a lookup of myself to see what kind of information was available about me as I try to keep my life private online as much as possible! I did a lookup on intellius and the information they have in general is correct except my age i am 42 years old they have me listed as being 50 years old! So I sent them an email in regards to correcting this they send me an email that reads this

Hello Sean, Thank you for contacting Customer Support. Intelius does not have the ability to update your information, as we are only an aggregator of public records. To update your public record information, please contact your county courthouse or local public records custodian. Thank you, Kristen Customer Support

this I know is a lie I have a criminal record that consist of over 99 felonies and if any public record had been researched im sure this information would not have been incorrect. this organization is a fraud in what they tell people how they obtain their information as i just consulted with PEEKYOU.com about their misinformation about me  and wouldnt you know their website listed me as 50 years old too. but they removed it upon my request. I wonder if this is where they got their information from??
