Intellius.com ripoff, was promissed a refund if i did not get information then told that it would take seven to ten business day but ams still getting the run around Athens New York

I was informed by this site Intellius.com that if i did not get the information i was promissed they had before paying that i would receive a refund back. Well i went through with it and got nothing but the Phone number i already had and no address or anything else but mumbo jumbo of country stuff (totally unnecesary and useless).

I called them as soon as i looked at the site and was told i would receive a refund within seven to ten working day's... Well this is day eleven and am still being told that it is pending and has to be approved.... I asked her what she ment by that and the woman stated that it's the process but then with a remark that if i read the statement that it clearly states that there is no refund anyway but yes it does so here i go around the merry go round to get my money back so please all of you out there avoid this place like it was death.
