InterFace INTERFACE TALENT IS A SCAM. BE INFORMED, PLEASE READ! gairthersburg/New Jersey Maryland

Warning: this is long but i am telling my whole experience.

          I live in maryland but was in a new jersey mall over the holidays and came across this talent agency in the mall. I wrote down my name and got a call the next day to meet with a director. I told them i live in maryland and conviently, they have a office in maryland. Someone from the maryland office called me and i made an appointment for my daughter. They told me i had to keep my appointmment becuase they do not rescedule because the director meeting with people is only there for a few days and came in from new jersey. I couldnt keep my appointment beucase my daughter got sick. conviently they made and "exception" and told the director would be around longer and i ended up making an appointment for 2 days later.

       They told me when i come in to bring two forms of ID and a photo of my daughter. I come to the appointment the place looked legit. When i was waiting i noticeed the pictures on the wall were large and very grainy. I thought why are these pictures so grainy? you would think with this being some type of talent agency they would have vibrant pictures, anyway...

     I get called back for part one of the scam. I meet with this women who tells me shes signing me up for some a website called projectreality.com, she breifly and quickly explained it to me and i agreed to sign my daughter up. She asked for my daughters name and made her a username on the website. This when i started to get skeptical... She then told me she needed my credit card to finish it and that it would be a 1 dollar charge to sign up and after 30 days i would be paying a monthly payment. She wrote down all the information on a pack and gave me a number to call to cancel. I will be cancelling asap tomorrow morning btw. I leave that meeting and go back into the waiting area.

      I get called by the big ol director. Mind you, i am excited and not really thinking this is a scam although i swore i could notice a scam a mile away. Im meeting with the women and she asks to see two forms of ID. i showed my id and bank card. I know she was excited when she saw the back card lol. So shes telling me how my dughter is so gorgous and that they are what most companies are looking for nowadays becuase my daughter is very lightskin with lightbrown hair and its hard to tell what she is. anyway, man this long. lol she boasted me and got me all ready to dive into this modeling thing, once she got me buttered up she then mentions how theres all these pictures and photoshoots that need to be done. She pulls out the big card with the pricing packages and they are super EXPENSIVE. 600- 2,000. WTF. i said ill take a packet of all that information with me and think about it. she says they dont have any information i can take with me. lol wtf. Then tells me she'll drop the price becuase she doesnt want maney to be an issue. I still said no. Noticing that she had lost a sale she has the nerrve to say, so you cant pay anything today?? not even a portion? she had desperation in her eyes. It was horrible. I left realizing i wasted my time and i felt bad for the other 4 people i saw in there and i hoped they didnt get scammed. Everything she was saying sounded so good and believable. They shouldnt be asking you for money!! Period!! If someone seems like theyll be a good model then the company should be doing whatever they can to market them and wait for the money to come in that way and get a percentage. Asking for a couple thosand for some measly head shots on cards in outrages. Im dissapointed becuase i was excited to get my baby started in modeeling so i could get her college fund started. Oh, and they bring that up too. They know thats what all parents want.

Dont waste your time even talking with them or going to see them. Save yourself and run way fast. Oh and not to mention the first young lady i met with was a hot mess. Cheap wig an all, i shoulda ran when i saw that.
