2014-12-11I was called by Interface in Gaithersburg, Md because my daughters name was given to them so they said. My mother, myself and my daughters went down to the location.  They were very friendly. My daughter loved them. At that time she was 6 so about a year ago. They absolutely loved her bubbly personality. After having the interview they gave us a price. Started of small $19.99 for a one time fee for the magazine. I said ok so we moved to the next person. The fees got higher and higher. We ended up coming out of pocket that that day about $1100 maybe more.  We were charged for pictures/photo shoot package. The magazine fees and membership fees just stopped in October 2014. I got a email stating that it was time for me to renew my subscription. I tried emailing and calling but no response. I explained to them in the beginning that I am a single mom of two girls with a life threatening illness I do t have money to waste because I can barely work due to their illness. They sure do know how to sell their company. My daughter had fun taking pictures. This is something she always wanted to do and her personality is perfect. I just so happen to Google the company tonight because I haven't heard anything from them lately and I saw closing their doors, scam so I started reading. I just want to cry because this was some of my savings for her. I can't believe this. She keeps asking me when is she going to do another photo shoot. She is going to be broken hearted. As I sit here and look at her pictures from the photo shoot I'm just upset.  It's very upsetting because her having a life threatening illness is not easy. I really thought one of her wishes were gonna come true.
