Intergrated Merchant Alliance - First Federal of Charleston refers customers to a Intergrated Merchant Alliance who out sources to First Data. Internet

We had been loyal customers of First Federal of Charleston for years. But now due they them asking us to use a credit card company, who we found out is nothing more than a "middleman" we are about to not only change back our credit card service but also change banks. We were using First Data for our credit card service but because of repeated presure from the salepeople at IMA to switch to "First Federal's" credit card processor, we in fact did. However, after reviewing and investigaing the situation, we found out that IMA actually uses First Data. So that meant, Intergrated Merchant Alliance, First Federal of Charleston and First Data were all making money on us. Not for long !!!! Shame on you First Federal ! Are things that bad ? How can you refer your customers to a "credit card company" that is not even a Visa & Mastercard PCI/DSS Certified Provider.  I guess the $$$$$ were right !
