 I got a letter in the mail from The International Award Payment Center telling me that I had won $15,000. All I had to do was to send them a total of $21.00 and answer one question and do a tiebreaker to receive the money. I did some research and found that this company had a lot of reports filed on them as being a scam. The letters where all the same. All telling people they had won $15,000 for a small fee.

My letters contained three addresses.

This is a scam, so people beware.
