Called International Domestic Placement  Group in Boca Raton to hire domestic staff for our second home in Palm beach.   I spoke with Mark the "owner" for a very long time, mostly listening to him talk about how he used to be a butler for a Rug store owner in Florida . Desperately trying to keep the call short and to the point ,  I gave him details about our need for a full time housekeeper to work in our home , I also sent him an email with the job details.   He promised that he was the best in town and that he had the largest data base of the best and top of the line domestics.  He reassured me that his company only works with professionals that are checked and verified with at least 5-10 years experience working in Mansions all around the world.   

Unfortunately this was not the case, and  Mark  J. Nelson never kept  his promises.   He sent us the worst of the worst , to our beautiful home.  I was shocked, embarrassed and angry that I  wasted time interviewing people  that looked like they just got out of prison.  One of the girls he sent actually slipped and told me she found his company on Craig's list!!!!!! I really  felt sorry for these people . We tried calling several times to the different numbers on his website only to find that he answers all of the calls including the number in London.  We quickly started to feel uneasy about this company and decided to dig deeper into his business and  we discovered that all of his locations are bogus and that he pays extra for international numbers from a calling service company.  His locations are not offices but are only  UPS store mail boxes.  He does not know or provide services for one of the well known families that he mentioned as we happen to know them through our Charity organization.      

Bottom line, If you are looking for a reputable and professional  domestic placement group   I would not recommend his company.  He will take your money and waste your time .  His candidates are unqualified and are all found on Craig's list.   He basically runs his operation out of his home in Florida, lying about all his staff and offices.    Already on  Rip off report for another dissatified client .
