This company is a complete scam. My father recently retired and took a job with them to keep himself busy. He has a MBA and the works and was quite successful in life. Anyway, from the moment he started telling me about his job with them it never added up to me. First he went to a training seminar and they didn't pay him. Second he has no expense account and no salary. It would be fine if he had neither except he is an employee not an independent contractor.

They are practicing unfair labor laws. Second, the company is shady all around. He was told never to give out his cell number and they do not put his e-mail address on the business cards, if you read the complaints that's why. They want to keep their "Senior Business Analysts" in the dark. Also, most of these analysts quit in a few weeks because of no pay. Then after 3 weeks of hard work he gets his pay check: 157.00 dollars. The way they pay is entirely unfair as well.

The owner of this company, John Burgess was convicted of attempted grand larceny, debarred from the Illinois Bar Association, and convicted of patronizing a prostitute. These people are scum. Their business practices are unfair all around. How do they expect someone to travel the country for a per diem of $90.00? And mind you he is supposed to eat with that money, rent a car, and stay in a hotel let alone dry cleaning etc. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY OR DO BUSINESS. I suggest everyone complains to Lisa Madigan the Illinois Attorney General, except I've noticed online that IPA donated to her campaign fund.
