International Society Of Poets ripoff Editor-In-in Chief Howard Ely on a poem i submitted to them titled "The Princess" Owing Mills Maryland

I submitted a poem titled"The Princess" under the name of my younger brother VICTOR OBIDIKE who wanted to apply for a scholarship in the States.Some months later,they contacted him that his poem has made it to the finals and that he stands a chance of winning the star prize of $10,000 if his poem was finally chosen as the best.He ws also informed that the poem had been selected to be published in an anthology titled "under a quicksilver moon" and to be recorded on CD in a poetry compilation titled "sounds of poetry.He was promised to attend a symposuim of international society of poets in orlando,Usa.But before that,he was asked to make necessary correction on the poem if necessary before they commence production.However,things took up a different shape when the supposed invitation letter failed to come or any prize as a finalist.I tried contacting the Editor-In-in Chief Howard Ely but to our utter dismay we couldn't arrive at anything.I want to use this medium to advise amateur poets like myself to be wary of poetry contest that they see on the net.I hope that ripoff will help me bring Howard Ely and his team to book.Thank you very much.
