International Travel Solutions Superior Travel Services Several other names Ripped us off. We cancelled our membership because it is a scam and they are fighting our credit card dispute. Nothing they said in the presentation was true, they cannot offer any discounted travel. In fact they charge much higher rates than our local travel agency and many online travel sites. Don't do it, don't go to their presentation. No matter what they tell you, no matter what they offer you - it is all a lie!!! We are in Michigan and are needing help. I am reading of so many disputes regarding this company. Can anyone help us. Any words or ideas that we can do to get our money back? Anyone one in Michigan want to join us in a class action lawsuit? Other states have won. Maitland Florida

We are in Michigan.  September 2014 a company that call themselves International Travel Solutions or Superior Travel Services came to our small town.  They mailed out a card inviting us to a presentation and for our time to listen to their presentation, we would receive a free cruise.  We were unbelievers of what they said they could offer - buying travel at wholesale, cheaper than any travel company or online company, saving thousands, in fact telling us we would have paid for our membership fee in less than 2 years given our travel history, etc.  Still wavering, they brought out a computer and showed us their travel rates comparing them to costs we had already paid for booked travel.  They were "right".  It was cheaper, much cheaper.  So foolishly we signed up. It cost us $4884.00 for our membership  fee plus  there were yet to be charged yearly dues.  Well little did we know, after trying for days plus calling their toll free number (which by the way they do not answer, nor do they answer emails) we were not able to sign into their website to check pricing until well after the 3 day grace period to cancel.  In fact it was 9 days later.  Once we were able to sign in on that Friday night I immediately realized that travel was not only difficult to find, but the pricing was outrageously high.  So I also googled 10 other travel sites.  I used the same dates, the same towns, the same exact information to compare the International Travel Solutiions pricing to the other 10 travel sites.  What I found is that  ITS was much higher in price or it did not exsist with ITS.  What we were shown at the presentation to be much lower (around 50% lower), and it was the "manager" that showed us the pricing from their company, didn't exsist - never.  We were scamed.  

 We immedately on that Friday night after no response from Inernational Travel Solutuions, contacted our credit card company to dispute the charges.  Needless to say, it has been a long hard fight.  We have submitted a total of 58 pages of documentation and are still not sure where we stand.  We are looking for help.  Anyone who might live in MI (I know there were several other couples who purchased that night too - unless of course they were planted in the group by ITS) can you please contact us.  Can anyone give us some advice on how we can win over this scamming company.  

 Please no matter who you are, no matter what they promise, no matter what you think - do not go to their presentation.  Do not purchase anything from them.  They are crooks.  We are both educated business owners and we were duped.  We are so embarrassed.  This is something that just does not happen to us because we are usually so aware of what we sign and do our homework.  But it did happen.  And we sure could use your help - anyone.  In fact we have done hours upon hours of search on this company.  They continue to change their name, their location and this is to run from the law and hide assets?  

 We would love to be a part of a class action lawsuit.  Can anyone help us?  Other states have won and won big against them.  We need a crafty lawyer.  Someone with expertise in this field.  We do live in MI and like I said, there must be other consumers that are in our situation.  Let's contact everyone we know, let's stop this scam.  Let's save people the heartache.  People, please respond!

We live in Michigan too.  I'd be willing to discuss this with you further!  We have experienced the SAME issues that you have experienced.  This company is nothing but a huge rip off.  Buyers beware! 

Their new "process" is for the "member" to fill out a travel request and the "travel agent will get back with you within 48 hours".  We filled out a travel request on July 14 as suggested, but, we never received any email stating that the travel request was ever received.  This is very poor and designed that way!  This benefits the company because they can say they never received the request!  If you have proof you sent it, then I.T.S. has a problem if they don't get back with you within 48 hours.  The only way you can prove you submitted a request is if you take a video of yourself doing it.  After I submitted the request, we never heard from anyone.  The 48 hour deadline came and went!  Today, July 20, I called I.T.S. to talk to management about the travel request and to see how we get can our money back.  After four phones calls, being put on terminal, endless hold three times, I finally got through to a manager.  And, of course, I was told that the travel agent was going to give me a call today to discuss our trip!  Imagine that!  I asked why it took so long to get back with me and was told that if you submit a request with more than one component, you have to allow 48 hours for each component.  So, apparently, it takes them 48 hours to find you airfare, 48 hours to find you a hotel or condo, 48 hours to possibly find you a cruise, and so on.  With today's internet and the multitude of information out there, I find this policy ridiculous and insulting.  Which brings me back to my first statement that they are a total rip off and a scam!   After hearing about how long it takes to get the information, I then told him that I don't want to work with a company who can't provide the timely "white glove" service they claim to have on their Facebook page, as well as on their website, and in the contract.  I asked how this is beneficial to me since I can find the same information on line and quicker.  Of course he couldn't answer and started to give me the sales pitch again.  When asked how to get our money back, the manager explained that we didn't buy the membership from them.  We bought this from a third party and we have to go back to that company to place the claim to get our money back. 

This is a major scam.  I'm afraid we will not get our money back.  I will try, but, I'm not sure there is anything we can do at this point.  We purchased this last September and have only tried to use them three times.  ALL of which, were worthless, futile efforts costing me my valuable time.

I would love to speak to someone about this.  HELP!  How do we get our money back and stop this company from hurting others financially.  Please someone, contact me.
