Internet Cash Machine - ICM Websites portal.xyzwarehouse.com Make Money Or Take Money??? Lake Forest , California

I ordered this so called product to help MAKE money. When I received a call from someone with in the company asking me if I still wanted to use their company I wasn't for sure. I tried to go back on it and I couldn't I didn't think much of it till I tried to go on it again and I couldn't. Then when I was trying to find the website I came across this website RipOff Report and noticed that people were saying the Internet Cash Machine charged them 139.95. I then checked my account and noticed that I had that same amount missing. I called the customer service number and talked to someone, they told me they couldn't give me a refund because it states in the Terms and Conditions that it was only a 3 day trial. I went through the terms and conditions when I signed up and do not recall seeing that. Either way they tell me they can not give me the money back. I am so angry with this whole situation I am looking at filing a suit against them for their lack of information. I was also told that I am was supposed to cancel within the first 3 days of the so called trial period. Tell me, how is anyone supposed to know in 3 DAYS whether or not something like this is supposed to work or be for them as they put it. You can't honestly try to make money within three days. I also asked the person when they called me to find out if I wanted to continue using Internet Cash Machine what the catch was and he said there wasn't a catch. How is taking 139.95 from me when I can't even use the service not a catch?
