Internet Initiative On Dec 12th there was a charge on my credit card for $72.21 Las Vegas Nevada

I called the phone number listed on the charge and was informed by the man that I talked to that I had signed up for this and there was nothing I could do about it and to not even consider reporting it as fraud. I told him to cancel whatever it was and he said no rebates.
Then I reported it to my credit card company and after they investigated I got a letter from my credit card company that internet initiative has credited my account for $121,008.00 and that the $72.21 was taken off my credit card.

I have no idea how this all happened and the only thing the guy I was talking to said was that I signed up over the internet but I never heard of this company and would be out of my mind to sign up for something that was going to cost me over one hundred thousand dollars.
