Blog Matrix Pro claims that their software is a simple step by step process. It is not, and as delivered it was missing steps and functionality to get it to work.

Their refund policy says that you have 30 days to get a refund. When the software did not work, after 3 days of trying to get it to work. I went to their website for a refund. Their website tells you to go through Paypal's dispute process.

Paypal will only return payments for physical products. ***Paypal will not issue refunds for software***. So after working with Paypal for 30 days I had to call and Paypal then told me they do not issue refunds for software. So the entire refund claim by Blog Matrix Pro was a lie.

Their product does not work as advertised, and they will not return your money when you cancel and request a refund. I am out $147 for a product that would not work.
