Internet Yellow Pages Big Time Rip Off

I was scammed by Internet Yellow Pages! They had what seemed to be a great deal and a great job for a stay at home mother of three.My husband and I spent our savings of $3285.00. We were told we would make $9000.00 in twelve weeks selling websites. I was told that I would have a coach that would call me once a week for 1 hour, and that coach would help me sell the websites. I was told that the coaches were not selling the sites on their own. Iwas told that I did not need a computer, I did not need to be on the internet or have anything extra to do this business.I was told that they would send me all names and numbers of contacts in my area. My coach told me on the very first call that I needed a computer,internet access,fax machine with it's own line, business cards & stationery, and a seperate phone number with voice messaging, and a business license. My coach was only spending 10-15 minutes a week with me, and she told me that she could not help me with selling the websites.To make this long story short I did not get anything that I was promised, so I contacted the Better Business Bureau of Utah. They proceeded to help me get my money back. After several letters back and forth I finally received a letter stating that I would receive a refund in the full purchase amount of $3285.00 the following Monday after their materials were sent back to their office. I sent their materials back and I contacted them several times by phone. They told me that they were only allowed to process 2 refunds a week and that mine was way down the line. July 15, 1999 I received a letter from them stating that they were revoking their offer to refund the balance on my account. I do not know what else to do. The company was a partnership,I was contacting Advance Marketing and they told me my contract was with Internet Yellow Pages. I tried contacted them and of course they have moved. Please Help Me Get My Money Back!!!!
