Same story as the rest of the people here. I received a phone call from IDC and when I asked what exactly do you distribute the guy started stammering. He stated the price of toner went up but I couild get a deal from him. I again asked him who and what is IDC and he hung up on me.

One hour later the mail come with a bill for 592.oo for two toners that had been sent to us. Unknowingly one of the receptionists took it upon herself to agree to this several months ago. It will be a cold day in hell before they get a penny from us. We have reported them to the Californi Attorney Generals' Office and hope others will do the same.
