Interstate Distribution Center scam, dishonest, verbally abusive, fraudulent ripoff business, tricked and lied to us Culver City, California

New to this company 2 years ago (Wacor Electronic Systems, Inc.) I recieved a fax saying that the prices of our toner for our copy machine were going to almost double, but if I signed up right now that they would give me the same price we had last year, that I should take advantage of this opportunity. I did not know that we never recieved any products from this company before. Unfortunatly, I researched the wrong thing. I immediatley called several companies asking about the prices for the toner which we used and found astronomical prices, when I should have been asking about Interstate Distribution Center. Being new I had no idea which company we had used before but on paper it all looked good. I approached the owner of the company and told him about this great deal I found. I could get 1 carton of toner for $319.00, this means 1 carton of 1 toner. What they failed to mention is once you fax the sheet back to them they just keep mailing you box after box of toner and sending bill after bill. And the bill is never $319 per carton as agreed. Even though they send you one carton at a time, they pack 2 toners in 1 box so the bill you get is for $720.00 and they tell you that there are five cartons in a carton which does not make any sense and is not mentioned on the fax sheet. That's total of $3,600.00! When you do get ahold of someone(they WILL contact you IF you don't pay the bill!) they say well that was your final bill just pay this bill and we will stop sending any more toners, then a month or 2 goes buy and you get more toner complete with another bill for $720. Now the first bill I got I started to get suspicious. The fax order form has 2 names on it Interstate Distribution Center and Omega Office Supplies but when I recieved the bill it had Interstate Distribution Center and Imperial Office Systems on it. So I called to ask why the bill was for $720.00 when I was told, and have an order form for $319.00. Well, first I call IDC and they tell me they are just the shipping dept. for individual suppliers and that they can not help me. So I ask them for the number for Omega they have never even heard of them. So I ask for the number for Imperial Office Systems they give me (888-241-7840) don't bother calling this number it is a fake no one ever answers it, EVER! Every couple of months I get a nasty call from a Kelly Sousa saying she is from IDC, is going to charge me $900.00 for breaking the contract we had and I tell her I asked for 1 carton of toner I know have 6 in stock that I have paid for how many do you say I still have to buy, she says 2 more cartons which is another $1,400. I say I wanted only one box of toner and your fax sheet says 1 carton for $319.00. I called to report her for verbally abusing me to her supervisor, IDC says they never heard of her and give me another number to call, the one mentioned previously, which is always a recording with Kelly's voice on the machine. So I leave messages for Kelly's supervisor to call me, but no one ever calls. Kelly Sousa calls every couple of months always coniving and is very rude yelling over top of what you are telling her, always threatening you with a hefty fine if you don't keep purchasing the toners. The last time she even had the balls to hang up on the owner of the company, of course you can't report her to anyone cause nobody knows who she is or where she works!
