Hello, I purchased what I thought to be a Louis vuitton hat box that the seller was selling on ioffer. I just received a little used dirty pull suit case and NOT a Louis vuitton hat box. I ask for paypal to hold or do a refund so I can get me money back and they said: Since you purchased your goods independently of eBay or have not marked your goods as eBay items while paying through PayPal, we are not able to investigate your claim.

THIS PERSON STOLE THE PICTURES FROM SOMEONE AND POST IT LIKE HE TOOK THEM HE IS A FRAUD & SCAMMER. IT'S SO CLOSE TO THE HOLIDAYS I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. IOFFER.COM & PAYPAL SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRANSACTION THAT I DID WITH THIS PERSON I THOUGHT I WAS SAFE BUYING FROM THE IOFFER WEBSITE AND USING PAYPAL. BUT I WAS WRONG NOW I'M OUT OF $650.00 I NEED HELP! THANK YOU MONICA G.
