My elderly mother received a charge of $149.97 on her VISA credit card issued through CHASE and SW Airlines on 7/15/08. We know she never ordered anything from this company. I called the 800 number, but there was no such number in IL. Fortunately, the same amount was credited on 7/16/08, which was the following day.
TOO STRANGE! I am notifying the Attorney General of New Mexico about this company's internet practices because had this company NOT reversed the charges, we would be in the same position as the other people who have filed complaints about this company. I guess this site has to do with teeth whitening product, so I am filing it as such.
Being a lawyer, I suggest EVERYONE NOTIFY your state's Attorney General, Internet Fraud Department to track down this violation of "Intellectual Property Laws".
