When I arrived at the Atlanta Intl. Airport last Sunday I had to place an urgent call to my friend back home since I was not arriving at the expected date. The only telephones available to do so were the ones from IOS Telecom. I placed a 1 minute call to Costa Rica and was later billed $47 twice!!!
