One more complaint about this company which billed me $17 for a two-minute phone call from a pay phone, using my credit card.

Customer service 1-800-226-2606 says $2.50 was for the two minutes, $7.50 was for the "automated operator" at Verizon, $4.50 was a surcharge because the pay phone was at an airport, and $2.50 was the billing fee charged by IOS themselves.

I am thankful that I got an answering machine and stayed on the phone for less than two minutes, not like other reports here who were burned much worse!

Lesson: never use a credit card in a pay phone, and avoid any phone that is connected to the Verizon company.
