Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to iPayment and very much regrets if a business client is not satisfied with our services.   While we believe that it is not appropriate to discuss a  customer's specific account activity here, the funds referenced by the customer were addressed pursuant to the chargeback procedures as referenced in the commercial agreement entered into between the parties.   The customer has been informed of the status of the funds.  Should the customer desire  more specific information regarding their account, the customer is encouraged to contact us directly.
