I have been more than 4 years a customer, when suddenly I have noticed a non-authorized hard credit inquiry on my credit report. 

Inquiry Date: 2/27/2015    
Company Name: IPAYMENT INC    
Type: Credit Card Processors

I have contacted them for the reason and they did not reply. 

Moreover, the company provides really poor technical support and their payment gateway geneartes a lot of false positives and block valid transcations, creating headache for customers and merchant. I was using them only for becuase I have spent a fair amount of time integrating my website with them. 

They are affiliated with authorize.net and FlagshipMerchantServices (flagshipmerchantservices.com). The company I have signed up first.

Stay out of these "Professionals" if you want to keep your customers.
