Ipec representative Tarik Ramadan came to our home and presented a quality food service delivered in 6 month supplies. Stated that for using the service we'd get a freezer free of charge. If we cancelled they would come pick up the freezer. A year later and I am getting notices from an Ipec lawyer saying I owe $2800.00 for the freezer which I don't even have anymore - they came and picked it up a month ago after countless calls to Ipec and their billing company. Needless to say Mr. Ramadan refuses to take our calls because he knows he's a liar... We have documented everything and filed a dispute with his attorney. I can't believe after all the complaints I've read on different sites that this guy is still getting away with this. BEWARE!
