I ordered an Ipod battery from them and it was presented that it was a fairly straightforward process, but clearly it was not. The battery was provided with instructions that were obviously written by someone in China that does not speak English very well and Ipod Battery Depot clearly does not care enough to add proper documentation. For example, "Press the button of socket by plastic tool so that the cable was fixed smoothly". I asked what that means and never got an answer (no matter how many times I asked). I plugged in the battery, it did not work, they sent me another, it still did not work, and then he (Brian B. in Sales or Customer Service-He said both at different times) said that they would fix it for a discount of $15 off the price to fix it!! The process to change an Ipod Battery is not even close to a simple process and should not be attempted by ANYONE. Ipod Battery Depot completely lies when they say the process is not that difficult. They are the reason that my Ipod is now broken and could care less!!!!!

I am Brian B from iPod Battery Depot. This individual was incorrect when stating that he broke his iPod. He did not break his iPod. Our instructions are extremely clear and we even offer free videos (which this client verified that he did not watch). He actually did not follow the instructions completely when he installed his battery. To make him happy we installed his battery for free.
Our company has always taken care of its customers. You can see that even this customer has retracted his comments.

Well, they are going to fix my Ipod. They sent me a box to ship my Ipod to them and then for the cost of shipping they are going to put it back together.
